About TideBridge Media

Two former maritime professionals. One agency built for an industry they never left.

TideBridge Media was not built in a boardroom. It was built by people who spent years at sea, years building maritime communities from scratch, and years watching this industry get sold short by agencies that never understood it.

Our story

Why we started TideBridge Media

Between us, we have spent over a decade creating content for the maritime world. Not as a side project. Not as a hobby. As our primary work, building communities, collaborating with maritime businesses, covering events, and learning exactly what makes this industry's audience stop, pay attention, and trust a brand.

Along the way, one question kept coming back from the businesses we worked with. How do we build what you have built, for ourselves?

We did not have a clean answer at the time. Every general marketing agency we had seen try to work in this space got it wrong in the same way. They used the right platforms but the wrong language. They understood marketing but not maritime. The content looked professional but felt hollow to anyone who had actually spent time at sea or in the industry.

So we stopped referring businesses elsewhere and built the answer ourselves. TideBridge Media is World's first seafarer backed maritime media built exclusively for maritime businesses, by people who know this industry from the inside out.

Arpit Gupta

Co-founder, TideBridge Media

Arpit has sailed for over six years as a nautical officer and spent over five years building one of the most recognized maritime content presences in the world. His Instagram community of 280,000 followers and YouTube channel with over 450,000 subscribers represent something rare in this space: an audience that does not just follow, but genuinely engages.

Arpit's strength is storytelling. He takes the complexity of maritime life, daily seafarer experiences, industry news, welfare issues, and turns them into content that reaches people emotionally before it informs them. He has collaborated with over 50 maritime businesses, bringing that same storytelling instinct to their brands.

What makes us different

We are not the agency that learned maritime. We are maritime.

Most agencies learn an industry from a brief. We learned this one by living it, at sea, on deck, in ports, and online building communities that half a million people call their own. That difference shows in every piece of work we produce.

01

We do not need to research what a maritime audience responds to.

02

We do not need to guess what a crewing agency's clients actually care about.

03

We do not need to be briefed on the difference between a port agent and a ship manager.

We already know, because this industry has been our world long before it became our business.

Maritime is not a vertical we serve. It is the only industry we work in.
