This site has one form on it. This page explains exactly what that form collects, why we ask for it, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It sets no cookies and tracks nobody.

TideBridge Media operates this website and decides how the information you submit through it is used. In data protection terms, we are the controller of that information.

What we collect

The quote request form is the only place on this website where we ask you for personal information. It has five fields, and we collect exactly those five:

  • Your name
  • Your business or company name
  • What you need a quote for — a free-text field. Whatever you choose to write in it is sent to us as written, so please do not include anything sensitive that we do not need in order to reply.
  • Your email address
  • Your contact number

That is the entire set. We do not ask for anything else, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not buy or append information about you from anywhere else. We keep no customer database: your submission becomes an email and nothing more.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That means understanding what you are asking for, preparing a quote or arranging a consultation, and having a way to reach you with the answer. We use the details for that conversation and for keeping a record of it.

We do not use your details to send marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade them to anyone.

Our lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry that you chose to send us. You approached us; replying to you is the obvious and expected use of what you submitted, and it is difficult to see how it could override your interests or rights. Where a step is necessary in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, that basis may apply instead.

Where your data goes

Your submission is transmitted from your browser to this website and then sent on as an email to our enquiry inbox. Two service providers handle it on our behalf along the way, and both operate in the United States:

  • Vercel— hosts this website and runs the server-side code that receives your form submission. Your details pass through Vercel's infrastructure.
  • Resend — delivers the resulting email to our inbox. Your details are processed by Resend as part of sending that message.

Those providers process the information to provide their service to us, under our instructions. Beyond them and our own inbox, nobody else receives it. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it for marketing.

International transfers

Because Vercel and Resend are United States providers, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Depending on where you are, that is a transfer outside your home jurisdiction, and it requires an appropriate safeguard or transfer mechanism to be in place.

How long we keep it

There is no database behind this website, so the only copy of your enquiry is the email it becomes. That email is retained in our company inbox, along with any correspondence that follows from it.

Operational logs

If an enquiry fails to reach our inbox — for example if the email provider is temporarily unavailable — the website records the details of that failed submission in its server-side logs. We do this deliberately, so that a genuine enquiry is recoverable rather than silently lost. It means that in those failure cases the information you submitted may appear in hosting logs as well as in email.

Those logs are held by our hosting provider, Vercel, and how long they persist is governed by that provider's log retention arrangements rather than by us. We do not use these logs for any purpose other than diagnosing the failure and following up on the enquiry that would otherwise have been lost.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no session or visitor identifiers, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing is written to your browser's local or session storage.

We are not measuring you, and we are not sharing your visit with anyone. That is why there is no cookie banner on this site — there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over the information you sent us:

  • Access — ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your enquiry.
  • Restriction — ask us to pause how we use it while something is being resolved.
  • Objection — object to our use of it where we are relying on legitimate interests.
  • Portability — ask for your details in a portable format.
  • Complaint — raise the matter with the privacy regulator for your country.
